Actors' Skills
Our actors are highly skilled professionals with a wide experience in the corporate world. Our pool of actors is vast, so we can cast for all role-playing scenarios, from junior members of staff and shop floor workers, through all levels to directors, government ministers and judges.

The role-players at Role-Players NGA work on management development programmes such as:
- Change management
- Performance improvement
- Leadership
- Interviewing skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Counselling
- Assessment centres for recruitment or promotion

To role-play on such programmes does not simply require high quality, experienced actors.
What makes a Role-Players NGA role-player also includes:
- Being able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Being adept at giving constructive feedback, formally or informally, verbally or written
- Being aware of and responding to the slightest change in body language and behaviour of participants
- Being able to identify when a participant needs more, or less, challenge
- Being able to apply consistency in responses and emotions when required
- Focusing on the achievement of the objectives of the participants and course leaders at all times
