Actors' Skills

Our actors are highly skilled professionals with a wide experience in the corporate world. Our pool of actors is vast, so we can cast for all role-playing scenarios, from junior members of staff and shop floor workers, through all levels to directors, government ministers and judges.

The role-players at Role-Players NGA work on management development programmes such as:

  • Change management
  • Performance improvement
  • Leadership
  • Interviewing skills

  • Counselling
  • Assessment centres for recruitment or promotion

To role-play on such programmes does not simply require high quality, experienced actors.

What makes a Role-Players NGA role-player also includes:

  • Being able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Being adept at giving constructive feedback, formally or informally, verbally or written
  • Being aware of and responding to the slightest change in body language and behaviour of participants
  • Being able to identify when a participant needs more, or less, challenge
  • Being able to apply consistency in responses and emotions when required
  • Focusing on the achievement of the objectives of the participants and course leaders at all times
